Payment Terms
We accept all major credit cards,
checks and cash. A deposit of one half of
the total rent including tax
or minimum or one night rent is required to hold reservation with
balance
due upon arrival.
Rates are for two guests at B&B. Please refer to our Vacation Rental
pages
for additional rental options.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation less than 14 days,
forfeit deposit or minimum of one night's
rent. Cancellation 14 days or more, refund deposit less $25
cancellation fee.
CHECK IN - CHECK OUT
B&B check in time is 2 PM to 10 PM.
Check out is 12 noon.
Vacation Rental check in is 3 PM to 10 PM. Check out is at 11 AM.
For late check-ins (after 10 PM)
please make special arrangements when booking reservation or notify
us the day of arrival if there is a delay.
Early check-in can only be approved the day of the reservation.
NO SMOKING in Rooms
All rooms, suites and cabins are
designated Non Smoking. Smoking is allowed in outside areas only. A
$250.00 cleanup fee will be charged for noncompliance.
NO CHILDREN at B&B
We are a romantic getaway for
couples only. Children are allowed at most of our vacation rental
properties.
NO PETS on Premises
We are not equipped to accommodate
pets. A $250.00 cleanup fee will be charged for noncompliance.
PROPERTY DAMAGE and CLEANING
Guests will be responsible for the
cost of any damage that occurs in unit
during their stay. A cleaning fee will be assessed if unit requires
more than normal cleaning time.
