Payment Terms
At the time of reservation, a 50% deposit of the total balance due or 100% in the case of a one night stay is required to guarantee your reservation with balance due upon arrival.
We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash. Checks will be accepted for prepayment only if received seven days prior to arrival date. No checks accepted at check in.
Rates listed are for two guests only at B&B. Please refer to our Vacation Rental pages for additional rental options.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation less than 14 days,
forfeit deposit or minimum of one night's
rent. Cancellation 14 days or more, refund deposit less $25
cancellation fee.
CHECK IN - CHECK OUT
B&B check in time is 2 PM to 10 PM.
Check out is 12 noon.
Vacation Rental check in is 3 PM to 10 PM. Check out is at 11 AM.
For late check-ins (after 10 PM)
please make special arrangements when booking reservation or notify
us the day of arrival if there is a delay.
Early check-in can only be approved the day of the reservation.
Late check-outs can only be approved the morning of scheduled check out.
NO SMOKING POLICY
All rental properties are designated Non Smoking. Smoking is allowed in outside areas only. A $250.00 cleanup fee will be charged for noncompliance.
NO CHILDREN at B&B
We are a romantic getaway for
couples only. Children are allowed at most of our vacation rental
properties.
NO PETS on Premises
We are not equipped to accommodate
pets. A $250.00 cleanup fee will be charged for noncompliance.
PROPERTY DAMAGE and CLEANING
Guest will be responsible for the cost of any damage that occurs in unit during their stay. An additional cleaning fee will be assessed if checkout cleaning guidelines have not been followed or unit requires more than normal cleaning time.
